One option for producing accurate components is our CNC laser cutting
machine which is capable of handling:-
- 2.5 x 1.25 metre sheets
- up to 15mm mild steel
- up to 6mm stainless steel
- up to 5mm aluminium

GUILLOTINE |
| To shear your material with speed and precision we use a guillotine with CNC back gauge,
sheet support and return to sender facility. Maximum cut length is 2.5 metres. Aluminium or mild steel can be processed up to
6.4mm, stainless steel up to 3.0mm. |
| SAWING |

| A horizontal band saw with DRO for accurate cutting of sections, a
high-speed circular saw and a vertical band saw make up our sawing capability. |
